A 19 year old patient reports with a history of trauma for which the central incisor of the 2nd quadrant was removed. patient wanted his smile to be restored.

Treatment done : Root canal of 12, gingivectomy of 12, mock up of the smile planned, tooth preparation of 12, 11, 22 with post and core of 12. 

A 4 unit zirconia layered bridge was cemented and now the patient smiles confidently
